The decorated cotton bed cover was sent promptly and I received good information but unfortunately the package was held at UK customs for a long time. When I queried this with Eyes of India I was promised a refund if necessary. This was followed by another e-mail, checking that the package had actually arrived. The bed covers arrived eventually and were as ordered and I am impressed by the excellent service. Thank you.

The delivery time is 10-21 days. We offer 3 business day Express Service Worldwide for a flat fee per order. To avail of the Express Service please order and pay for all items together, so that you can pay the flat fee one time for the entire order. Tracking information will be sent to you shortly after your order is processed, and we will make sure to monitor the status of your shipment.
