General Shipping Information

All items are packaged with extreme care, insured and shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur, India.

Our shipping charges are based solely on weight.  For packages with multiple items the combined weight is used to determine shipping charges.

Three options are available for shipping:

India Post Registered Airmail: 10-18 days delivery time.

Express Courier Service (FedEx, Aramex, UPS, DHL, TNT): 5-12 days delivery time.

Super Fast Shipping (FedEx): 3-5 days delivery time.

Guarantee and Return Policy

We understand that some buyers may be skeptical of buying directly from India.  Please rest assured that we strive to maintain the highest Western standards of quality and service.

We offer a complete guarantee on all the products we sell and will accept returns and refund the item's selling price if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.  In case of any damage we will arrange prompt replacement at no additional cost.

In case an item needs to be returned to us it can be shipped either to our Los Angeles, USA or Jaipur, India office.
